1960 Anti-TB Semi-postal Stamp
Only one stamp was issued for the 1960 Anti-TB semi-postal fund raising campaign. On August 19, 1960, the Bureau of Posts released an overprinted and surcharged version of the low value 1958 Anti-TB stamp featuring a vignette of Manuel Quezon and the Quezon Institute.
